Q: While we were loading in we accidently dropped your stuff off the truck. When we got inside and started up our p.a. your stuff didn't work. We plugged the microphone in those round things on the front of the mixer but no sound came out?
A:. We always believe you know what you are doing unless you ask for help but even then we can't make you profecient in audio or lighting in the few minutes it takes to pick up our equipment. We send a operators manual with each rental to help you. If you do not understand what goes where, like the difference between instrument cable and speaker cable let us help you. In the end you break it you pay to get it fixed or replaced and that includes exterior damage. We expect it back in the same condition we gave it to you in.
