Professional sound providers use common guidelines for determining fees and providing quotes for events. Pricing is dependant upon the following line items:

Equipment charges vary from 2% to 4% of equipment cost (and applicable cross sourcing )
Equipment requirements are dependant upon your event, venue and specifications.
A Set Hourly Rate.
Transportation Expenses (mileage, fuel, tolls)
Multi-event discount

All production services for events are conducted with a formal written contract. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sound Engineers:

If you have your own sound system and need someone to run it, you can hire one of our engineers for the duration of the event. The duration of the event includes the engineer's travel time, sound-check, and performance. The hourly rate for all sound engineers is $35 per hr. and there is a 3-hour minimum.

All rentals are prepaid ONLY. We will still take reservations however everyone must prepay 100% of the rental and NO cancelation refunds will be given. LATE FEES will be fully enforced. This applies to all customers .These special rates apply ONLY to the rental gear listed in this section and does not apply to our already low production rates.

Package rental prices do not reflect production service pricing due to various needs of the production event.

Other Packages Available

• Special Weekend Pricing - Since we are not open on Saturdays and Sundays we don't charge for those days. Pick-up on Friday, return on Monday and pay for only one day.
